Right to dismiss:

We really hope you love your Boutique Sororité pieces, but if for some reason you are not satisfied, you can change or return your order within 10 days without needing justification. The return period will expire within 10 days in which you or a third party, other than the carrier, acquired material possession of the goods.

Returns and exchanges during Covid period:

After doing all this, you shipped your order and made sure you arrived at our workshop, your order will be quarantined for at least 5 days. So be patient if you see that your order has arrived and we have not yet contacted you.


What can I return?

We will be happy to accept returns if you have changed your mind. Please note that we can only accept returns of items except pending items, if returned unused and in their original packaging. Please note that perforated slopes, including earcuffs, cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

However, we cannot accept returns of engraved items, unless defective items have been received, or items of custom lengths, as we have customized these parts especially for you.


Items on sale (if applicable)

Only regularly priced items can be refunded, unfortunately the items on offer cannot be refunded, they can only be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value. If this is your case, please contact our customer service at info@boutiquesororite.com


Defective or incorrect items:

We sincerely apologize if you have experienced any defects with your Boutique Sororité Jewelry.

We will be happy to help you; please contact our customer service at info@boutiquesororite.com before returning your item to us, so that our team can inform you of the next steps and deadlines for a refund or replacement of the item.


How to return?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) within 10 days of the delivery date to obtain in-store credit, exchange it for another item of equal or greater value, or refund it. Item
s must be returned unused and in the same condition in which you received them. It must also be in its original packaging. Mail the item through a traceable carrier with the appropriate filling. We will need a tracking number to make sure the product was shipped for delivery to our studio.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Various types of products are exempt from return, such as items with recorded/stamped initials, custom chain sizes, etc.

Include a hard copy of all email correspondence with your package. Returns must be authorized by the store manager. We do not accept exchanges/returns without following the proper steps. Each and every packet received without proper notification will be returned to the sender.

You have the right to return the items within 10 days of the delivery date and receive a full refund (excluding shipping costs).

Refunds (if applicable):

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your Account at Boutique Sororité or refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days of the return approval.

Please note that it may take up to 15 days for card refunds to appear on your statement due to different processing times between card issuers. We are not responsible for the shipping costs of returns. Items received as gifts can be redeemed for another item of equal or greater value.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. Often, there is a processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done
all this and have not yet received your refund, please contact us at info@boutiquesororite.com
